Arrangieren und Verkaufen (Veröffentlichen) von Arrangements ist ohne die Erlaubnis der Rechteinhaber verboten.
Dies steht beschrieben in Artikel 1 des Urheberrechtsgesetzes
Unser hochmodernes Zahlungssystem ist mit den Rechteinhabern verbunden. Im Moment der Zahlung erhält die Rechteinhaberpartei (der Künstler) innerhalb von Sekunden seineihre Tantiemen und du, unser Kunde, ein legales Paket (PDF + MP3), das mit größter Sorgfalt zusammengestellt und von der betreffenden Rechteinhaberpartei genehmigt wurde.
Kosten und deine Wahl.
Das bedeutet, dass wir aufgrund von Tantiemenabgaben wahrscheinlich etwas teurer sind als andere Anbieter/Arrangeure. Wenn ein Arrangement bei einem anderen Anbieter günstiger angeboten wird, weißt du mit hoher Wahrscheinlichkeit, dass es sich um ein illegales Arrangement handelt, das unser Profiteam benachteiligt.
