Arranging and selling (making public) of arrangements is prohibited without the permission of the copyrights holders. This is described in article 1 of the Copyright Act

Our high-tech payment system is linked to the copyrights holders. At the moment of payment, the copyrights holder (the artist) receives his/her royalties within a few seconds and you, our customer, a legal package (PDF + MP3). Our packages have been put together with the greatest care and are approved by the copyrights holder.

Costs and your choice.
This all means that, due to royalties, we are probably a bit more expensive than other providers/arrangers. If an arrangement is offered cheaper by someone else, you can be almost certain that it is an illegal arrangement that is duping our team of professionals.
