When purchasing a choir arrangement at ChorusOnline, you can be assured that the artist and the ChorusOnline team will receive fair compensation.

VocalTracks (ordering afterwards)

VocalTracks are professionally sung practice files that help your choir members practice the music. This makes practicing new repertoire better and faster. If a title has a VocalTracks package, this can be added to the standard PDF + MP3 package in the shopping cart. Titles with VocalTracks can be recognized by the orange sticker.

If you would like to reorder VocalTracks (for example because they were not available, or you forgot to add them to your order), please email us and we will be happy to help you (for a small administrative fee) info@chorusonline.com

Frank de Vreeze
Founder/manager ChorusOnline
arranger

I like people, music and working in a relaxed atmosphere. My big success story is of course ChorusOnline, the (pop) choir publishing company I founded in 2008 and which has now grown into one of the largest providers of legal (pop) choir sheet music worldwide. Work hard, see opportunities and give the right people in your team the opportunity to use their talent. Despite the amount of management tasks, I have always kept a position available to continue working as a pop choir conductor/arranger or to give workshops, especially for pop choirs or companies.

But I also enjoy coaching conductors/musical leaders. Seeing people enjoy themselves, achieving success and results together, that is the core of why this profession is so great.

It obviously helps that I have a number of conservatory educations, have seen/made and assessed literally thousands of arrangements and have been able to lead countless rehearsals/performances/workshops.

Stefan Flügel
arranger

Hi, I'm Stefan - a professional arranger specialising in choral and a cappella music.  What began over 25 years ago with the adaption of a pop song for my school a cappella group became a great passion and eventually my profession.  I studied composition/arranging at the HfM in Dresden, toured more than 15 years with my vocal groups and gained a lot of experience in writing sheet music both for my own and other ensembles.  I have been part of the ChorusOnline family since 2011, have published well over 100 arrangements here and the positive feedback from singers from all over the world is the driving force behind my ongoing commitment to new vocal versions of great pop songs.  Have fun singing!

Dirk Kokx
arranger

Hello, my name is Dirk Kokx and I am associated with ChorusOnline as a professional arranger for a pop choir. During my student days at the Tilburg Conservatory I discovered the beauty and power of singing in a choir and it has not left me since. I have now been conducting all kinds of choirs in the light music genre (pop, show, theater and musical) for over thirty years and have also been able to write for them all that time. Music connects people, and I would like to contribute to that with my arrangements. This is possible via ChorusOnline, easily accessible, worldwide and with beautiful orchestral tapes made by our own team.

André Bachmann
arranger

Hi, my name is André and I am professional singer, arranger and voice teacher. I've been on stage since early childhood and had the great opportunity to deep dive into my voice during my studies in Berlin. Since then I'm fascinated by choral music and passionate both on stage and while arranging pop music for choirs and vocal groups. When doing so I always focus on discovering the core elements of a song and reforge them into a mesh of musical threads paying respect to the original artist on one hand and to the instinct and joy of the singer on the other.

Carol Canning
arranger

Hi, my name is Carol Canning. I went straight from the Guildhall School of Music in London to the internationally known Swingle Singers which is where I started arranging. After eight years touring the world with the Swingles I worked free-lance as a session singer around London, was a member and arranger in a five part a cappella group, ran my own choir, taught singing and wrote music for BBC TV. I have been vocal arranging for over forty years and despite starting my career with complex eight part arrangements I now enjoy the musical sudoku of trying to recreate a song with just four parts. It is a challenge I relish! I try to produce a great a cappella sound with vocal lines that sit easily within the voice. I want the thrill & joy of a cappella singing to be within the capabilities of as many singers as possible. Chorus Online gives me the scope to create unique arrangements that I hope all ages & abilities will enjoy.

Rick te Dorsthorst
BackTrack producer

Hello, I am Rick te Dorsthorst, owner of recording studio Studio A60. At ChorusOnline I produce the BackTracks. Together with a team of professional musicians, I convert ChorusOnline's arrangements into BackTracks that choirs all over the world use for rehearsals and performances. My goal is to make the arrangements sound as good as possible, so that choirs can really enjoy them during their performances.

Mark Pepping
VocalTrack producer

Hello, I'm Mark Pepping, a passionate singer and producer at ChorusOnline. Thanks to my experience as a choir conductor, musician and producer, I can create VocalTracks that sound both professional and inspiring. At ChorusOnline I am responsible for singing, recording, editing and mixing the VocalTracks.

Peter Nugent (Nooj)

Hello, my name is Peter Nugent – aka ‘Nooj’! – I create and produce vocal tracks for ChorusOnline. I’m a lover of all things a cappella with many year’s experience as a singer, vocal coach, music educator, arranger and learning track producer. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in music and audio technology and use that in my role as an independent recording engineer, specializing in choral recordings. My work at ChorusOnline allows me to record and produce vocal tracks of the highest quality that will inspire those that use them to sing at a high standard when learning new song’s. It’s brilliant to be part of the team at ChorusOnline!

Jennemieke Snijders
arranger

Music is the art of communication. A well-crafted arrangement gives you the power to blow away your audience or bring a tear to their eye. That's why I always first look for the emotional value behind a song. That's where the true power lies. After this I take my musical tools off the wall to magnify that emotion. The result? Arrangements that are e pleasure to sing and touch your heart.

Creating is in my blood. I write musical arrangements for all kinds of groups. From rash men to fresh young ladies. I love the wide variety of singers in projects. I also write songs and books about creating music. I have a background in both music (Maastricht Conservatory) and concept development. Free hour? My band Brother Moon.

Hans Kaldeway
arranger

Hello, I am Hans Kaldeway, professional arranger, conductor and pianist. More than 30 years ago I made my first vocal arrangement, then just for fun, and over the years it has developed into a serious matter.

I have written a few hundred vocal arrangements, many for groups in which I sang myself, or in which I was involved as a conductor or pianist, but also for dozens of groups at home and abroad.

When arranging, I always pay a lot of attention to a pleasant singability for all voices, I strive for a groovy combination of text and rhythm, and I pay attention to an optimal exploitation of the harmonies. This creates an original arrangement that is nice to sing, and to listen to.

A large part of my arrangements can be obtained via ChorusOnline. You can also hear my piano playing on a number of backing tracks.

Katia Salemi-Hendriks & Mischa Hendriks-Salemi
VocalTrack Producers

Partners, teammates, colleagues and lovers with a shared passion for choral music.

Both educated and experienced musicians, stage performers, session musicians, backing vocalists, coaches, etc… For many years, we have been providing backing vocals with great pleasure for various studios and artists in the Netherlands and beyond, with Mischa often taking care of the arranging work.

I, Katia, work as a vocal coach at several schools, write my own music, and, together with Mischa, am active in various bands and projects, including the ‘interapptive’ cover band Blizzert, electro-swing trio Swing a Dilla, an interactive band for kids – the droOMBand – and my own project ATIYA. Through these projects, I have had the privilege of performing on many large stages and festivals (e.g., Marktrock, Bospop), but I equally enjoy performing at more intimate events, such as weddings and christenings. In terms of singing, I – just like Mischa – have a great fondness for close harmony. For many years, I was part of the a cappella quintet Something Blue.

I, Mischa, am also an active pianist and bassist, as well as a conductor for pop choir . . Additionally, I offer percussion workshops, work as a producer/technician, and compose and arrange for a wide range of artists.

We are happy to be part of the VocalTrack producers group of ChorusOnline. Our productions come from our studio, Sjuur Music, in Thorn (NL). Everything we do, we do with passion. Nothing leaves here without both of us fully standing behind it. Quality over quantity!

In this way, we also contribute to the ever-growing catalog of ChorusOnline.
